Events handling

Spider Event Notification Server (SPENSER) allows to program
variety of handlers for multiple events occurred. The events for
handling may be the following: record on/off on the server, server
shutdown, camera signal loss/restore, camera record on/off, alarm

detectors on/off and many more. The variety of responses such as
set/reset alarm, playing sound, sending an e-mail, showing a
